Extremely rude customer service and the parcel collection is extremely disorganised, I don’t know how evri still let them receive parcels but I won’t be using them again.
The lady is rude and had an attitude towards the customers.

According to google this shop has to open at 6 :00 am went there at 7:30 and was not open.Really bad service.
Avoid Evri. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Recently, I received a book. One of the photos is of the book, as shown on eBay. The other two show the book as I received it, with a kink in the spine. How is that even possible??? I'd be impressed if I wasn't so angry. Yesterday, a package from Evri was left behind the door in an unsecure shared entry. To open the door, the courier was STOOD NEXT TO MY CLEARLY LABELLED LETTERBOX!!!! The package was easily small enough to fit. And these are just the latest two incidents. I am not just refusing to ever use Evri, I am now actively seeking out people who use it and advising them to NEVER use this business that laughably describe themselves as a courier service when a package destruction service is much more appropriate.
