I feel extremely fortunate, as a Mother, to have found Nicola and her services for my youngest daughter, who has been experiencing low-self esteem and social anxiety, which became progressively worse upon starting upper school. To the point, she dreaded school and found the whole experience distressing. It’s been beautiful to watch my daughter bloom during the time she’s been seeing Nicola. She’s gone from a very nervous, unhappy and insular person into a more confident, positive and sociable individual. Nicola’s gentle and person centred approach has really empowered and equipped my daughter with practical techniques she can utilise prior to, or when experiencing a situation that causes anxiety. As a result she now has the confidence to carryout activities she once was too nervous to take part in and is more happier within. It just warms my heart to have my daughter’s sense of humour, laughter and just general presence grace our family again. In a nutshell - Nicola has quite literally given me back my daughter!
