   Dear People anyone wishing to apply for a mortgage through Embrace Financial Services please be aware, please be aware before the hidden costs that these mortgage brokers have in place, also make sure you aske all the relevant questions before you agree to go ahead with the application through these guys. I have just been trying to submit a mortgage application on the bases buy to let and I have had all the relevant documentations that were necessary according to the adviser, after Mr ( S.K) submitted the application the lender got back for some more information regarding some transactions through the bank statement where as all the transactions clearly show where they were from and he failed to point them out or he couldn't been bothered of taking a look at them whatsoever to explain the asked questions. I already have two mortgages in place that clearly proves I'm a secure borrower, yes I get it that I don't have a British passport yet but I do have all the rights to work live and do business in the UK apart than claiming public funds. this adviser (S.K) before he submitted the application I explained my status here in the UK and he told me that everything it is fine and you fit the criteria, now the massive confusing moments come alive after the underwriters declined the application- my instant respond was pls can I see the official respond from the underwriter the answer was "they called me over the phone" then Mr (S.K) said that the underwriters didn't go ahead with the application because the property is with 5bed rooms and after I will get the keys I might turn it into a multi occupancy, then he said maybe I need a British passport to get a mortgage "I explained my residency status in the UK before the application was submitted even before I have got a decision in principle, surly as an adviser the research would of been done before submitting the application, don't rip people off by charging a fee of a £550,00 non-refundable and not completing all the research grounds" then again he said you might be better off if I apply with my partner and that will go through and then again Mr (S.K) explained to own a property of buy to let you should buy one that is worth around £100k, "sir my propose was to buy the property rent it out for the first 2 years to a tenant already lined up then renovate the property and go and live there with my family I did aske if you do need an evidence of the tenant and the answer was no, this adviser again turned around and said that my advise is that I should wait until I will get a British passport.... common Mr make your mind up which one is the right advise that I should agree with??? the answer is non just a clueless adviser that works for this EMBRCE FINANCIAL SERVICES that rips people's pockets off. DREADFUL EXPERINACE
