We finally completed on our house today, but can’t thank Lindsay Houlihan and Liam Jackson enough. It has been (to us) a super long process, but they have been so incredibly helpful ensuring our sale went ahead and within minimal hiccups. Absolutely the most frustrating and stressful experience of my life. Tried to use this firm for the conveyance of my house. They were truly awful. It was clear from the outset that Lucy had no idea what she was doing. Repeatedly asking for documentation she’d already been sent, getting the name of the mortgage lender wrong, ignoring emails sent and asking for information already provided. Always slow to reply and just totally inept. A complaint to the senior conveyancing partner and he couldn’t even be bothered to reply. Avoid using this firm if you value your sanity. Unfortunately I can’t leave a negative rating

I wanted to share our fantastic experience of dealing with Ison Harrison. My girlfriend and I instructed Ison Harrison to prepare wills for both of us although we had slightly different ideas about how these could work.
