   I have been a client of Dean and Clear Financial for 8 years and I would never consider using anyone else, and certainly not doing it myself. Dean is caring, professional and committed, he's commitment to getting the best deal is astonishing, never settling and always "i'll speak to them and get back to you, they can do better than that". He's aided my transition into adulthood by helping me buy my first home and then renegotiate that interest rate twice since, once in the middle of covid lockdown!. Dean and the team are all outstanding individuals who deserve all the praise and awards they receive and I personally couldn't recommend them higher.    Over the last 6 months I have been in contact with a number of mortgage advisers, all of whom were lacking in time, attention and dedication. The last thing you need when you're entering into a stressful period of either moving home or trying to remortgage your existing home is to have a mortgage adviser who is negative about your prospects or doesn't seem to have enough time in their day to help you. After seeking some local recommendations I was put into contact with Dean and dealing with him was a breath of fresh air compared to others. Dean was realistic in setting expectations, incredibly knowledgeable about the market and various lenders on offer, worked tirelessly to find a product that would work for me, communicated clearly and frequently and was there for me and completely on my side throughout the entire process all the way through to completion. I cannot recommend Dean's services enough. If you're dissatisfied with your current mortgage adviser, struggling to find a mortgage or are worried about choosing the right person to help then don't look any further than Dean. He's an absolute legend and will do everything he can to help you.

Nathan also sorted out my building and contents insurance, breaking down the jargon, advising me on how to handle my existing insurers and finding me an excellent policy on my given budget.
