   I wish I checked the reviews before I came here. I came in to fix a couple of broken nails thinking it would take a few minutes. The person doing my nails left halfway through my treatment without explanation & when I asked when he’d be back I was told he had gone to another busy nail shop. I was given no ETA on when he’d come back. I’m writing this as I wait. It’s been ten minutes so far. Terrible service.

   My 8yr old daughter asked to get her nails painted with the Christmas money she got and they charged her £22 for a mess. They also peeled off 2 hours later. Can't believe they they could do that to a little girl

   NO Customer Service skills.Did a real bad job shaping my nails,all different lengths. Nightmare nail shop,I've ever used,walk out without even putting nail polish on.

   I had a great service here. I found the staff friendly and very efficient. Gave me the exact nail art I wanted. Found them very skilled. Definitely recommend.

   I came for nails few weeks ago, 2 different people worked on my nails one filed and soaked off the old gel and the other reapplied acrylic. The boy that worked on my nails had long and filthy nails himself with dirt underneath the nail beds. No washing of their hands or sanitizing in-between clients. They shout and talk amongst themselves whilst working on you laughing and joking but no conversation with clients other than tapping lamp when hand needs to go in. I tried to make some sort of conversation and they would give short closed replies not engaging in any convo. I felt awkward and uncomfortable the whole time. The end result was ok but polish and acrylic was stuck around cuticles and nails started lifting within 4 days. Prices are reasonable but I think when service is so bad it's not worth a visit.

   Awful place.. My nails look awful and the lady was so rude and aggressive with me. I will definitely not be going back. Do not recommend to anyone.
