   Make sure the staff listen to you at cash converter burnley I went to put my xbox in on a buy back I said to the guy I want it on buy back and the when I go to get it out I get told it got put on a buy contract and it had been sold so there is a big lack of communication with the staff they obviously dont listen due to there mess up I have lost all my game data and games I spent money on

   staff seem fine. but the price that you get back for items is not worth it. its best selling your items ebay or vinted and waiting for it to sell if your looking for the true value for your item.

   Great shop, most of the staff are great, and cant do enough for you, you always get a great price for items I have taken in, and there are some bargains to be had when purchasing. Staff knowledgeable, courteous and always go the extra mile. Always a great atmosphere, Jason runs a tight ship, the store always looks great, and Romain and Barry in particular are great assets to this amazing franchise.

   Ruined xmas, honestly just such a mess and they won't even give me refund. I ordered a camera beginning of December, they seemed to have shipped it, at least according to the dhl tracking site, when i reported my parcel had not arrived, I was told to give it another couple of days but called DHL anyways and they told me, they'd be never even received the package, so I call again a couple of days later and I am being told they would rais it with DHL and give me a call back within 24h. Of course, no-one called, I had to. When I asked for a refund, I was told it couldn't be issued because they don't know where my parcel is. This was a week ago, I never get updates, I always have to call and when I finally got them to agree to refund, they backed out again, its just ruined xmas, we won't ever spend another penny, in one of their stores. It's not about the mistake but how you fix it. No customer service, no meeting in the middle. Just awful.

   Awful. Bought a phone just over a week ago. Barely used it haven't even set it up properly. The phone took an hour to turn on and various buttons on the touch screen weren't working. The screen then went altogether. Now they are saying I have dropped it and its my fault. The phone was faulty right from the word go. I would have taken back the same day if it wasn't a Sunday and I was on holiday on the Monday. Worst 170 I ever spent. I am taking this further. Not the first bad experience I have had here but wanted to give 2nd chance. Never again

   Placed a few Items in for Buy Back, went into store and asked for an extension for a few days as payments didn't line up, was told no problem a note was added to my account, however when I called to get them renewed for another 28 days on the date we aggreged I was told they been recovered and already sold and there was no note on my account. Don't Trust them when they say they extend a deadline. Sorry I had to review low star review on this occasion. Otherwise, friendly staff, clean store, hence 2 stars. I would also advise anyone who is considering to use buy back, question yourself if you really need it it is 35% interest every 28 days on a loan. And if your on a low income it can trap you into having to put stuff in to save stuff.
