    Scammer Be careful when dealing with this company Try to cancel my insurance that I don’t use with Gemma a few times, Even hopped on the call to explain that we are not currently taking any project so there is no use for the Insurance . They made various excuses not to cancel it and keep the insurance running for two months. I told them to cancel it immediately when I knew about it that it was still running however they still charge me and did not want to backdate from the time I requested to cancel. And I told them to settle whatever is remaining on the account and now they have referred me to a debt collection agency. I will report these guys to financial ombudsman for unfair dealing and Misleading practice.

    Do NOT use their website, if you do DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MOBILE NUMBER. You will receive endless calls from their robots leaving your voicemails telling you they have called. I am receiving at least 3 calls a day.

    Remove my mobile number and all other details from your dialer please and I'll be happy. I've had a look on your website to see if I could do it myself but I can't. I've had 8 calls from you in the last 2 days. When I want a quote for something I will search for myself. I certainly will not be asking any of your agents for help.

    Tried online for a quote, they were £1500 dearer than my existing insurer. That's not a problem, what is the problem is the continuous phonecalls about insurance. I've had 5 today in the space of 4 hours. Get the hint and go away, you must be desperate for customers. Steer clear everybody.

    Customer service rubbish...left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing. They don't read their emails or messages but continue to harass you when you have done what they asked you to do.

Being a roofer sometimes it’s difficult to answer the phone, however Nikki was very understanding regarding this and we communicated via email to arrange a suitable time for both parties.
