   Absolute joke had business insurance with them and someone drove straight into the back of my truck at a speed of at least 35 mph while my wife and 2 kids was in the car but because someone at this company didn't do there job properly and notifiy our actual insurance company (axa) that the car was owned by a director (myself) I had to spend 2k to repair my own car and the person that actually drove into the back of her got away Scott free. But the Absolute worst bit was Thomas Carroll didn't even lift a finger to fight in my corner and help with something that was there mistake and that's not even the end of it long story short but me and my business partner who was paying 6k for insurance wasn't actually insured for social and domestic even though after the accident I was assured thar we definitely was. They are an absolute joke stay away from them
