   We had a brilliant meal at Bar + Block in Leamington Spa. Every dish was cooked perfectly. The steaks were tender and full of flavour, the prawns were delicious, and the sides (especially the chunky chips and mushrooms) were spot on. The sauces and presentation were excellent too. The service was friendly, attentive, and relaxed, just the right balance. The team made us feel really welcome, and everything came out hot and fresh. Desserts were the perfect finish, they were amazing! Overall, a great lunch with delicious food and lovely service. We’ll definitely be coming back.

   Visited twice - very pleasant experience both times. The steak was excellent. So were the chicken wings. The chunky chips are the best I've ever had. The staff are very good too - friendly, personable, accommodating. I highly recommend this establishment.

   Great selection of food and drinks, with extremely professional front of house staff. Was accommodated for on a short notice table booking on the 27th of this month. Communication over the phone was also efficient and polite. Food was mostly okay, but unfortunately the chicken in the Sunday roast was extremely rubbery like the fat rind of pork, likely because it was overcooked. Since this is a place that specialises in meat, I was very disappointed, especially considering the price of our meals. The rest of the food was up to quality and well presented.

   We went for a birthday lunch and we had a perfect time there! The food was delicious, good portions and great choices of food. They also had 2 for 1 for drinks which was really nice. The service was exceptional, so polite and nice. Great prices and I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends, and make sure I’ll book a table there again soon! Thank you for making our day so special, we really had a lovely time!

   5 Stars – Outstanding Service and Delicious Food! We had a fantastic evening at Bar + Block in Leamington Spa, made even better by our lovely waitress, Gemma. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive throughout our meal. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made sure we were looked after with a smile the whole time. The food was absolutely amazing – cooked to perfection and full of flavour. We’ll definitely be coming back, and hope Gemma is there to serve us again. Highly recommend!

   Good things about this restaurant were a nice interior, staff were kind and food was nice enough. However the service was quite slow, we had starters but we were not given a new set of cutlery for mains and staff were busy so I went through the draw to get some as our food was going cold and then staff spotted me and came over so it was all a bit awkward really. What really disappointed though was the value for money really, the 2 mains in the pictures were £25 each - I was expecting much more for that price point in both quantity and quality. The fillet steak was too rare for a medium but the ribeye was done correctly at medium well. Additionally the cocktails were smaller than at most restaurants. Overall we were quite disappointed considering how expensive it was unfortunately and prefer miller and carter so won’t be returning.

   Ideal place for steak lovers. Me and partner visited in celebration of our job promotions. The atmosphere is quiet and comfortable and our server Kizie was very polite and banterous. We both had Sirloin with a range of sides, cooked to our requirements. I would ask if more prawns could be added to the side selection, however, thoroughly enjoyed our experience and we will definitely be dining there again in the future. Thank you Kizie for a wonderful service.

   Lovely place. Interior is bang on modern with a twist of old. Staff were very helpful and friendly but a tad slow. It was busy. Couple of them new too ( more forgiving) 2 for 1 cocktails untill 7pm was nice to take advantage of. There was one that tasted " just horrible " ( unsure what the issue was ) They replaced with an alternative no problem. I was very well oiled and placed an order for a sweet and sour cocktail. Staff walked around 5 times to deliver it to me. I forgot I had ordered it. I went to the bar after realising and they had thankfully kept it to the side for me. I didnt have a steak but the others I was with highly rated their steaks. I had a share platter with a couple of sides. No complaints. Well presented and good quality food. They are a bit on the pricey side( location and steaks I guess ) but I'd return for sure. They accommodated us very well considering there was 12 of us and we were a tad loud. That was appreciated. Cocktails in photos are Candy floss cocktail Mojitos Single one was a sweet and sour Other two we're the gross ones and can't remember the name of them.

   The staff were friendly and the ambience was pleasant; the decor was also nice. We had the squid to start which was lovely. The mains however were a bit of a disappointment. As a steak place I was expecting it to be top notch, as presumably it's their speciality. My partner had the fillet steak and the outside was more chargrilled than expected, when she asked for medium rare. She felt Miller and Carter is better. I had the speciality (3 4oz steaks) with thick chips. The rump and serloin were thin and more medium to well done than medium rare, as ordered. The 4oz fillet steak was better, more pink on the inside but still the outside more chargrilled than expected (affected the taste). The chips were OK, and the onion rings nice. I would say the prices are average for steak but expected better for a place that specialises in them. A fair few 5 star reviews so perhaps we caught the chef on a bad day?
