   20th March - saw one of Chris' videos on social media and sent a message on there which he never replied to. 21st March - reached out via the contact form on his website 25th March - blunt reply advising to book in for a 15 minute video 'discovery call'. There wasn't any availability until 3rd of April but I waited and booked in anyway. I followed up with an email out of courtesy thanking Chris and to confirm I have booked in, no reply. The call was for today, 3rd April at 11am - I joined the meeting just before 11am and waited to be let into the meeting until 11:15 before giving up. No communication from Chris whatsoever, no email or phone call at the time. I followed up shortly after to ask if he was running late, really a good chance to put it right as I appreciate sometimes things can happen that are out of your control. I never received a response but Chris did decide to block me on the social media platform I originally made contact on! Apart from this situation being totally bizarre despite good reviews, I have't had such an outright rude encounter for some time. I'm an investor who has spent the last year selling off my property portfolio to do something slightly different but in the same space and have £100k+ to move forward with. I was willing to use Chris for a wide range of services but will undoubtedly be looking elsewhere.
