   I don’t ever normally write reviews but my god I couldn’t recommend this place anymore. We unfortunately had a miscarriage in march so being pregnant again was such a scary experience so we booked a scan here and it’s amazing everyone is so kind is quiet and calm. When we got into the room. There was 2 massive screens to look at the women explained everything we could possible need to know. We got picture of the beautiful scan and not only that we got sent very imagine and even video of babies heartbeat to my phone truly amazing experience and we will definitely be booking more scans here. Massive thank you to everyone for making our experience so special

   They cancelled my gender appointment twice! They were extremely unapologetic and could not get me a 3rd appointment quickly enough (another week) -baring in mind they had already cancelled it twice and I felt that they should have offered me a swift alternative but all they would offer was one at a clinic further away . I don't drive. A tearful mess I went elsewhere- also had to ring up again to even get my refund.

   I wish I could give 10 stars to this place. Today I was seen by the most experienced and competent Sonographer in the UK in my opinion —Alison, a former NHS Senior Sonographer who is highly experienced and knowledgeable. She is the best!!! I was also seen on time and greeted with a big smile. What a great clinic in Leicester. I've visited a few in London and the East Midlands, but this one is by far the best. Thank you, Ultrasound Direct Leicester!

   Poor and unreliable service. The first scan I booked there had to be re-arranged on the morning of the scan. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and booked a gender scan weeks later. At the scan we bought a gender reveal cannon which on the day of the reveal and in front of close family and friends didn't even work. Finally, we stupidly booked a 4d scan, which on the morning had to be cancelled due to 'unforseen circumstances'. Not impressed whatsoever.

   I went for my first ultrasound today at around 9 weeks after having an early miscarriage previously. Claire and Jessica were so kind and friendly, explained everything to me and my parents were also allowed to come in and see. Would highly recommend! The quality of the images and videos are amazing too! Thank you xx

   We visited the Shepshed branch of ultrasound- direct, and our experience was perfect from the moment we walked through the door. We had booked a gender scan and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist when we arrived, who explained what would happen during the scan. We were then taken through to the scan room promptly and introduced to the sonographer. The sonographer was incredibly lovely and very thorough - she very quickly told us that we were having a little girl, whilst allowing us to have a really good luck at her from lots of different angles. The appointment did not feel rushed at all, contrary to other ultrasound scan companies I have visited. We received 6 printed images of our baby, a report of her current growth, and a link to 17 digital images (a few in 4d), and 2 short videos of our baby wriggling around that we were able to download. Couldn't recommend enough!

   Amazing experience. Went in today for a gender scan and baby wasn't playing ball at all. The lady who scaned me was so lovely. Really took her time and didn't rush us one bit. Ended up finding out we are having a girl. Thank-you so much. Definitely recommend x

   Me and my partner we went here for a scan a few days ago to find out the baby's gender, I am in 16 weeks and 5 days today. The lady at the entrance was lovely. We got invited in later though, not that it was a problem for us but the scan felt quite rushed? I've been told I'm having a girl like in a minute. Somehow the fact that she could tell us that fast brings a reassurance that she was able to see that clearly enough. I wouldn't want to imagine the scan wasn't accurate because of rushing it. Because of the excitement I didn't really asked too many questions... The pictures weren't great, same photo printed 3 times. I got better pictures from the hospital at our 12 weeks scan when baby was smaller... Luckily I asked for the pictures and videos to be sent to my phone, at which I am looking everyday ♡. So make sure you add that as an extra for the scan, the prices are quite decent. I would probably come here again in case we want another scan later on, but I would probably ask more questions so I could feel more confident.
