   Amazing service from Luke and his team. I contacted Luke for mortgage advice on a house purchase for myself and my partner in mid 2022, based on a recommendation from a friend. Luke was honest and attentive, helping us secure the best fixed-rate mortgage we could at the start of the process (a massive help due to the climbing rates at the time). He was always on-hand to answer questions, and responded quickly and in detail — which was massively appreciated given that our seller wanted a very quick turn-around time on the sale. I would recommend Integra to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor / mortgage broker. When we move in the future we will definitely reach out to them again. We're both so happy with our new home.

   We had an amazing experience with Integra Financial. The team was very helpful, informed and swift during the entire process. Cannot thank Luke enough! Luke has been wonderful throughout the entire process (which was 1.5 years for us). He gave us very detailed, easy to understand and timely guidance on all the various aspects of home buying. For first time buyers, the process can be very intimidating, and Luke made it very simple and enjoyable for us. His explanation of different stages and concepts was very helpful to guide us in the right direction. He gave us sound and reasonable advice, going above and beyond in his role as an advisor. He is obviously very knowledgeable about the process. He understands that buyers can often get confused with all the terminologies, and broke down the process for us, simplifying and elaborating at all steps. His response time is exceptionally quick. Luke was always reachable and happy to hear out all our queries. Lottie has been great too and very efficient in closing out the final steps. She was very patient and cooperative especially when we had a few hiccups from our sellers side. We could not have completed our purchase without Integra team help! We highly recommend the team – you will be in extremely able hands!!
