I have boarded my Cat Maggie at Andilees on 2 occasions. She is happy and healthy when I pick her up. James sends photos and will answer your messages. He is kind and caring towards the animals and the facilities are clean and well kept. He gets booked up very quickly, which is recommendation in itself.
I had a fantastic experience at Andilees with James taking care of my cat, Bobby. James was truly amazing! He went above and beyond to ensure Bobby was comfortable and happy during his stay. I especially appreciated that he provided food sachets for me to try at home, considering Bobby's fussy eating habits. It was such a thoughtful gesture that showed how much he cares about the pets. I brought my Cat here for a 6 day stay and I was so reassured by James! She was in very good hands! It’s clear he’s very passionate and knowledgeable about his job. Got a lovely update while I was away which was so nice. James tried to make her stay as comfortable as possible as she is a shy cat. Will be bringing her back here when I go away again! Highly recommend!!
Highly recommended. James is a really lovely guy. We went to look around and he was very very helpful with his advice. The enclosures are spacious and face greenery. Sadly, he was fully booked and helpfully directed us to another cattery.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our holiday at very short notice due to our daughter being ill. I text to cancel and James at Andilees Boarding Cattery was very nice and did not charge any cancellation fees, which I wasn't expecting. A lovely gesture after everything we are going through at the moment. Fantastic customer service would definitely recommend.
Amazing place, kittens and cats always well looked after. Lots of space, lovely and warm. Such a lovely owner who has passion and love for all the residents. Sometimes think the cats don't want to come home! Nothing too much trouble, anytime.
