The staff here are amazing, it's a really great atmosphere and they bring out the absolute best in the children they care for. This is the best nursery around!
I cannot rate this nursery enough!! I lived in Dubai for 7yrs so used to high standards of customer service and overall standards. I was unsure if initially it was going to be right for my daughter and noticed some of the toys in the baby & toddler room were a little old or well used looking … BUT the staff are what makes this place above and beyond!! Lots of staff, extremely attentive and warm personalities. Every phonecall is like your speaking to them for the first time. Positive, polite and nothing is ever too much. I would like to mention Christina & Amanda the mangers - Amazing! Chloe & Hannah in the toddler room and all the other girls in that room are wonderful! My daughter loves it and always come home better than I left her. Happy! Chirpy and full of self pride with what she’s achieved in her day. Thank you ladies your the best xx Alexis - Nilas mum
Years ago this was an amazing nursery with amazing staff and management. Last year I withdrew my daughter from their care with immediate effect as they failed to protect her. Numerous bites in the space of 3 weeks (later confirmed from an ex employee it was due to staffing numbers) and them leaving nappy cream within reach of her. She then proceeded to eat the nappy cream (as most toddlers probably would) before anyone noticed. This landed us in a and e and her being unwell for 3 days thankfully nothing serious. Massive complaint submitted to ofstead and I will never ever recommend this nursery to anyone since. I'd like to add this is all post management change.
When my daughter started in Sept 2016 (baby room)..we searched and searched for a nursery, we visited many...but have to admit Bermuda Park Nursery just ticked all the boxes for us, secure car park - its not off a busy rd - so you can park up, large open spaced rooms, nuturing staff, great outdoor space, connected to the softplay, they serve hot dinners for tea, cater for ALLERGIES my daughter has an egg allergy, great communication system with the app they use, management are verysupportive, we then signed our son up in 2019 (started in the baby room), he is now in preschool - he too has allergies and the nursery are just brilliant with dealing with it- they have a great system - just gives you a great piece of mind. We moved to rugby last year but we dont want to move our son -because he really enjoys nursery, he feels safe, happy, always busy playing. Knowing he is happy and that the staff care and nuture him - he has progressed so much, and i feel happy at work knowing my son is happy at nursery. It will be sad to say goodbye at the end of this year- the nursery have truly looked after our children with great care and honesty. Thank you to all the staff-for all the hard work you put in. My son has developed so much in the Toddler room since attending Bermuda Park Nursery and he absolutely loves going. They do so many activities and provide you with updates throughout each day so you can see what they are doing. Highly recommend!
I love Burmuda Park Nursery. After looking at other Nurseries in the area, I knew BPN was the one we should go with. I liked the tour created on YouTube to ‘get around’ covid restrictions to help parents see and understand the flow of the whole nursery. My meeting with Sarah was so informative and more detailed than other nurseries. All staff were so patient and kind with my son who took a while to settle. He now runs to the door with a big smile on his face and loves all the staff he has met going from babies, to toddlers and now Tweenies. There are always events and activities in addition to ‘the norm’ that nursery put on. I feel so at ease leaving my son there, and happy that he enjoys it so much, it’s become such an important part of his life. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area 100%.
Simply the best nursery in town. I cannot fault how great the team at Bermuda Park Nursery have been with my two children. My daughter comes home every day with a smile; I love hearing her stories of how she’s learning new things and playing with her friends. My favourite thing about this nursery is the education they provide to the children. My daughter learnt about the lifecycle through the nursery having real chick eggs in the preschool room for the children to watch them hatch and grow. It was fantastic seeing all the updates on their parent group page. My youngest is currently in the baby room at the nursery and has multiple food allergies. The induction process was extremely thorough and took great care in knowing everything about my son. The nursery also offer food alternatives that my son can eat and are more than happy to support with my son’s skincare regime to manage his eczema. I know I don’t need to worry as he is in safe hands with the team at Bermuda Park Nursery - they really have gone the extra mile.
