   Willow Tree Nursery has been such a lovely place for our family. The staff are so friendly and truly treat the children like their own, which makes it feel like a real home-from-home. They’re always open to any feedback and happy to chat, which really puts you at ease. You can tell how caring and nurturing everyone is, and the kids get to enjoy so many lovely activities each day. There’s a real sense that they genuinely care about both the children and the families behind them. A special mention to Emma, Laura, Scarlett and Suzanne—they go above and beyond and have made such a positive difference to our child’s time at the nursery. Management is great too—supportive, approachable, and always on top of things. We honestly couldn’t be happier with the care our boy receives.

   My daughter has been going to Willow tree nursery for over a year now. I only have the one child so I was nervous as she was so attached to me but from the moment she went there for her settling in she has absolutely loved it. All the staff are brilliant my daughter loves them and she cannot wait to go to nursery in the mornings. Their communication is fantastic if I ever need an update on how she is or if I have any concerns they send me regular updates/photos. The space they have is fantastic for the children real homely feel and the children love it! They have always been so understanding with my daughter’s specific dietary needs as she is a fussy eater offering what they know she will eat. I am beyond impressed with this nursery and so glad I decided to come here as I can’t imagine my little one anywhere else!

   Willow Tree Day Care has been an absolute lifeline for our small family during a very difficult time. Forced to return from Australia due to family bereavements, we found ourselves overwhelmed and far from prepared for Christmas. The team at Willow Tree went above and beyond, not only providing exceptional care for our 3-year-old but also bringing incredible kindness and generosity into our lives. They gifted us a Christmas tree, special Christmas Eve Box and presents, truly lifting our spirits when we needed it most. Their genuine care for our little one, treating him like their own, meant the world to us. We can’t thank them enough for their compassion and support—it’s more than just a day care; it’s a community filled with love. When we said our goodbyes on Otis’s last day they presented Otis with a beautiful book with photos and memories of Otis’s time there which we’ll cherish forever.    My daughter was very unsure about a new place but the staff were so friendly and welcoming she quickly forgot and looks forward to her days at Willow Tree. The new management have done wonders with the nursery and has a beautiful sensory room. I’d recommend Willow tree and it’s staff to anyone looking for a nursery.
