Took my puppy for his 1st bath today with Leanne at the Groom room. I would just like to say a big thank you to Leanne, Cooper smells amazing and is even more softer than he was when I took him, I will definitely be bringing Cooper back again. He came out looking so relaxed and you really did care so much for him. 10/10

I just wanted to leave a review to say how delighted I’ve been with the service received. I emailed and spoke to Leanne on the phone about making an action plan to acclimatise my nervous Collie to being groomed. She was very open and honest and explained everything really well. We take our wire haired fox terrier "Daisy" here all the time. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The owner clearly has a passion for dog grooming as takes her own dogs to Crufts and from what I can see has been successful. We take our dog in looking like an abandoned sheep and she leaves looking beautiful. Thank you guys!
Took my shiatsu in for the works, I was worried as she's a nervous dog. When I picked her up she was well cut, smelled lovely and above all calm. Thank you ladies.
Absolutely love the Groom Room ! After spending a long time searching for someone to take on my lab/German shepherd a big dog ! I was delighted at the welcome we got . All the girls are so lovely and caring and really do a fabulous job. I can't thank then enough . My dog is never stressed when she goes and is always happy to see them.
