   Absolutely delighted! We had a tricky situation with multiple titles and being self employed, but David was able to find appropriate lenders and arrange the mortgage application, handling a pushy estate agent on top of it all (apologies for that!). A very friendly character and a pleasure to deal with. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

   Comes across as a lovely guy but NEVER ANSWERS the phone. He also told us to go and start making offers on a propertys with out a mortgage in principle which no one will accept any offers with out it. Emailed him twice and no answer rang him a couple of times no answer so found someone else. Yes they cost more but its worth paying for someone that is willing to work with you and answer there phone.

   AVOID AVOID AVOID He caused unnecessary delays then blamed everyone else for this. Unsympathetic. Constantly have to chase him to get things down or for an update. He sent the requested important documents way too late and in the end cost me money. Complained and he took 8 weeks to write a patronising response. Completely incompetent at his job.
