   My daughter was a first time buyer and also self-employed. Adam from Lloyd Wells helped considerably in putting her mortgage application together and also advised on how she could increase her mortgage once she was able to present a further set of accounts. He completely understood her needs and could not have been more helpful. Pleased to confirm she did obtain her mortgage and with the minimum of fuss. I had tried several mortgage advisers before approaching Lloyd Wells and Adam easily stood out from the rest. Excellent service, which I can highly recommend.
