Had to go for a myosure procedure yesterday. The staff were lovely and when I completely panicked during it they all talked to me and one of the nurses held my hand. I'm sorry I can't remember all the names apart from Sandra who took time to talk to me a lot afterwards but thank you to all the nurses who helped me through it. The procedure itself is very straightforward it was just my own personal past experiences that have nothing to do with this led to me panicking, I don't want to misinform anyone who might think it was because of the procedure.
Today 11th of November I had a good experience starting from the main reception,TAA2 team HCAs , receptionists and nurses, anaesthetic team owesome, Dr Rebecca and Dr Malik's team,theatre Crew ooooh marvellous,ward 31 team brilliant,I appreciate your service, keep it up
