Customer service is fantastic, the frequent updates also go a long way, most company’s have to be chased to get anything done nowadays, not mortgage style it’s ran very professionally! 10/10 keep up the good work!
I have not been through a remortgage before and our circumstances were challenging due to a large amount of debt that had built up. Marcus and Nicola not only helps us source a very competitive rate, but they got us a building society which we did not think we would be able to secure. Due to the large debts that had accumulated, the application process was pretty complicated but Nicola and Marcus guided us through this ease and clarity. Not only did they help with all the application, they also assisted with the solicitors who were less than helpful, they acted as a conduit between the lender and solicitors as the solicitors were not always honest about when communications had taken place. A dream to work with as the team also injected humour in to many conversations which really helped ease anxieties.
I have used Mortgage Style on a few occasions now, have even recommended them to friends who are at different stages of the property purchasing process. Simon and George were the team members who I dealt with on this occasion, thanks again gents. I look forward to doing business again in the future. You guys are by far the best mortgage brokers I have worked with.
