   I was jointly responsible for the procurement of Sullivan and Associates' services for our organisation. Their personal, professional approach and obvious expertise in the areas we were looking for support in (clinical supervision for criminal justice staff) stood them apart from their competitors. They were able to offer a comprehensive, flexible and personal service to a large number of our staff who reported overwhelmingly how satisfied they were with the service and the tremendous impact it had had on their lives. We saw reductions in staff sickness levels and an appreciation from staff that they had a safe place in which to discuss whatever was concerning them about their work and/or personal lives. When I left that organisation I procured Judith and her team to provide a similar service at my new employment, that's how valuable I found it.
