    I came to see Clare off the back of a suggestion from my therapist. From the get go, the staff were friendly and helpful, offering a free 30 min consultation to get the feel of things, have an introduction and see if it was something I wanted to continue with. On the day, Clare was so welcoming, explained everything in great detail which put me at ease as I was worried hypnosis wouldn’t work on me! The general consensus is 4-6 sessions, after the first one I noticed significant differences in my day to day life. I would personally describe it more like guided meditation, and very relaxing! Clare provides all the tools to come away with and succeed moving forward. Cannot thank Clare and the team enough, I have experienced huge changes in just a couple of months!
