dr ryan was incredibly patient and considerate when talking to him about ongoing symptoms. he really showed a lot of empathy, and i can’t recommend him enough. he’s kind and understanding towards his patients and immediately took necessary action towards scans and care that were needed. i will definitely be going to him again for any further help or issues, its really refreshing to meet a doctor who is not only good at his profession, but also amazing as a human being. many thanks ☺️
I can't praise Dr Ryan O'Neill enough! He dealt with a family member of mine in a way every doctor should. He was reassuring, personable and honest. You can tell he genuinely wants to help people. He is literally a life saver! Also the receptionist was lovely and welcoming. We can't thank them enough! ❤️
It was quick and easy to book an appointment and the entire experience was pleasant from start to finish. If you'd like a Dr's undivided attention for 30 minutes, this is the way to do it.
Great service and communication. Worth every penny just to have someone’s undivided attention for the 30 minute appointment. Prompt referral was required with scan and results via telephone call within 3 days. Would definitely recommend and Dr Norman was very professional whilst being friendly and supportive.
