What can I say about the team at The Purple House Clinic... Well from start to finish I’d describe the service as friendly and efficient. Everyone I spoke to either on email or the phone was genuinely very nice. It’s a daunting process for most and I was no exception to that rule. But I was put at ease by being told the process, receiving text messages as updates/reminders, having a great session with Victoria the Clinical Lead (who was so incredibly personable and really easy to have an open conversation with). I went into the process blind and uneasy but i am so pleased that I left the process feeling reassured, supported and understood. Big thumbs up from me!
