Not the best experience. Customer service was none existent. Charged me £8 to take a sock out of a vacuum pipe that got stuck! £8! Which literally took 20 seconds as well.
Took my hoover for repairs. They charged me £15 to look at it and told me it could not be fixed due to the fan housing. 6 months later I visit the shop again and they have my hoover in the window for sale fully working and fixed having previously told me they were going to dispose of it. Sometimes there is an Asian staff member who can barely speak English and its difficult to communicate what you need doing. Again I was told my other hoover could not be fixed due to the parts not being in supply. I found the part on amazon and fixed it myself. Poor service.
Wasn’t overly impressed with this place but I think the negative experience was largely down to the individual I dealt with when I first went into the shop.
Called in with my miele vac. He told me motor had burnt out . I've smelt a lot of burned out motors .this dint smell like one what had burnt out. so suspected he was way off the mark. Wanted £85 to replace motor. I declined. Tuck my miele home striped it down. Freed off the motor brushes . Now working perfect. Thanks for your advice anyway.
1st class . Got everything you could ever need for any vac and staff were so very helpful n cheerfull. Will be calling again xx
I bought a used Henry and when i got home it wasnt working properley so i took it back, the guy sorted it out and gave me some bags free excellent service . The vac has been faultless since.
The most honest and reliable professional service I personally would recommend try them once you'll never go anywhere else Then and there they tell you weather they can fix or not definitely 5 STARS GREAT JOB YOU BOYS DO. keep up the good work

Lovely people and amazing service. Fixed my trickily busted Miele vac with some top notch engineering. Would totally recommend.
Fantastic service, very knowledgeable and friendly staff and I love that they mend/refurbish and don't just flog you the latest most expensive stuff. If they haven't got the hoover bag you need - no one will have !!! Definately the place to go for for a new or new to you hoover. Very positive shopping experience.
