   Received amazing service and the works were done to a very high standard. I'm very particular where I get my vehicles serviced and worked on, and usually go to main dealer due to the mileage I do on the vehicle. Matthew was very helpful in arranging and then re-arranging my appointment. Conrad is a really good engineer and really knows his Hybrids. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending.

   I will not recommend as I am disappointed with the diagnostic service I received. I was charged £60 for the diagnostic, expecting a detailed report of the fault. However, the company used the DR Hybrid app and Carista OBD2, and only provided me with screenshots from these apps. I had initially expected a more comprehensive and professional approach, but unfortunately, this experience did not align with my expectations.

   We have a 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid which was experiencing IMA and battery faults. I had been in touch with a garage for a diagnostic and then wanted a second opinion. I came across this company and was in touch with Leon. Very nice, professional, friendly gentleman. We had agreed a price which included pre & post diagnostic to ensure the fault had been fully repaired The car was repaired in a few days but the problem reappeared a few days later. I was in touch with Conrad and Leon who were very quick to respond and arranged to have the car taken back We got the car back just over a week later and the problem has not reoccurred. Leon kept me updated throughout although personally I felt it was off the road too long The repair came with a 12 month warranty and Leon also bought my mother some flowers for the inconvenience which was a very thoughtful gesture Overall, very happy with the service and would recommend all day long Thanks again guys Riz
