Please don't use their services... I used Apex repair and care services in Oct 2022. They overcharged and sold me parts 3 times the price that I could get elsewhere, £429 for a £150 part. When challanged the engineer tried to produce a price list but unfortunatley for him the spare part listed on there was below what he had charged me. When I said so to him, he produced another one where the price was even lower than the other list. At this point he realised that he was caught out and fled the premises. It looks like he had different pricelists depending on how much he wants to fleece vunreable customers. I was charged £429 and the two list he produced had prices listed as £329 and £292 for the same part. I have reported them for fraud.
