We were accepted on the nhs for an autism assessment but felt we just couldn’t wait the lengthy wait times as we couldn’t access things, get any of the actual support that we needed or be taken seriously in some instances without a diagnosis. The team were so kind, caring and made us feel very comfortable during the assessments and they were really kind and understanding to my daughter’s needs and did everything to make it as easy for her as they could. They made me feel supported too and I know they have tried to do there upmost to support my daughter in the assessments and reports. I have asked further questions and queries and the team inc Dr Sharla have always got back to me to try and help, support and answer them. Would highly recommend.
