   We came to Bingley Jewellery with not much hope and feeling rather deflated after having never ending problems with my engagement ring which had been purchased off of an online retailer. After trying to have the ring fixed elsewhere and realising we had been taken advantage of by another jewellers we really were at a dead end. Bingley jewellery spoke with us at length about our options and made us feel extremely comfortable. We were not rushed or pressured into making our decisions and they were honest and provided guidance into what the different options entailed, both the risks and the positives. We opted for what we deemed the best choice which was to have a new engagement ring made, the process was seamless and we were heavily involved in the design process even picking the sapphires ourselves. The costing was very transparent and then we had the wait for the ring to be complete! This morning we have been to collect the new engagement ring which was exactly what we wanted. It was made to fit around the wedding band we had already purchased elsewhere and it is nothing less than perfect. I did not think I’d see the day where I can wear an engagement ring without fearing it breaking but Bingley Jewellery have given me the most perfect piece of jewellery which I cannot wait to show off! We are so so thankful and could not recommend this company enough. We are so pleased with the service we are now exploring our options into having my fiancés in wedding band made here too!

   What fantastic customer service. Took a watch in for a new battery and was ready in 10 minutes and at a very reasonable price too. I also had a very mis-shapen ring due to getting my finger trapped and hoped to get it done before I went away. The lovely gentleman in the store disappeared for 5 minutes and came back with it looking like new for me. The best customer service I have received in a very long time - thank you so much!

   Quaint & independent jeweller in Bingley that offers an exceptionally high level of service which is rarely seen in today's marketplace. If you add the knowledge and expertise of James, then I'd say that Bingley Jewellery is certainly up there with the best...... it's always my first stop shop to look after my high-end watch collection.

   I've moved out of the area and still travel back here. I haven't been lucky enough to buy jewellery which looks lovely but for repairs to watches and jewellery he is definitely a jeweler and not there to just sell. The guy knows his stuff

   £10 for a generic battery suitable for any brand of watch? £15 for a simple job to remove three links that takes less than five minutes? The man takes a look at the brand of watch (ie how much money you were willing to spend on it), schmoozes you and charges accordingly, simple as that. For an honest job on a straightforward watch with a decent Ray-o-Vac battery, visit Watch Wise inside Morrisons, Keighley at £5 for either (I have no affiliation with Watch Wise).
