   After travelling everywhere for clothes for my girls, I came across this shop in Cha Cha plaza. It's been a few years now, and this is our number one shop for anything we need. Normally we find everything from here. Saves the needless extra runs in our busy schedule. Very calm experience and had no issues with the quality of service. Any problems are normally solved quite easily through the owner or staff members. They are good at listening and if staff members are not sure, they get back to you after speaking to the owner. Will be looking to come back again for another wedding season coming up. This shop is well equipped to deal with all the clothes and additional accessories that are needed.

   they have beautiful jewellery, clothes, shoes, bangles and mens wear too. i visited there occasionally, bought childrens , ladies clothes, jewellery, bangles, khusas etc its amazing quality, prices are reasonable and customers services are great. they are really kind, respectful, kind hearted people, making clothes at orders. i bought dresses for weddings, parties, eid, its so lovely, hand work and stitching is fabulous. no complaints about clothes, stitches, jewellery, shoes, bags, shoes, khusas etc. love to go there for shopping again and again. shop owner is is great person, so kind and really respectful with loads of manners and values. my orders were perfect for my neices weddings and waleema. everyone looks impressed and amazed the dresses my daughters were wearing especially handwork was amazing. its so lovely to visit bedazzled and shopping experience was so lovely. my next visit is going to be very soon for eid. owner and staff is lovely with great moral values

   I bought 3 necklace and earrings and tika sets from here for a wedding after Eid. When the makeup artist opened the sets to put them on the girls they just broke into piece's. My daughters were just heartbroken as they had no jewellery to wear to the wedding because of this. Out of pocket and complete let down.

   Awful experience. Scammers! My Pakistani sister in law went to this shop and was given a quote of £80 for a wedding set but when I went in I was given the quote of £100 for the same set. Extremely disappointed as they seem to think just because I’m mixed race they can try to rip me off. Especially the man with the beard with a digital tasbi counter saying gods names on one hand and scamming people with the other hand. Just because I’m mixed race doesn’t mean I don’t know my religion I definitely know by keeping a beard and holding a tasbee in the other hand doesn’t make you a good Muslim. Why have this fake look like an innocent man when the colour of your customers skin makes you want to raise your prices because you think they know nothing about culture.

   Horrifying experience. Absolutely shocking sellers. You will be ripped off as we were. We asked for a simple exchange of non pierced items and was denied a simple refund. We were first stalled for 25 minutes so the uncle didn’t have to bother with the issue at hand. Even after the shop was empty he asked one of his assistance to deal with our request. He sold us faulty items and then blatantly blamed us for buying faulty items. He did not take sellers responsibility and does not abide by trading standards. We didn’t even get a receipt after continuously asking for one. No prices are displayed so it’s basically make up a value as you go along. There are many other shops you should go to in order to avoid such a upsetting experience. I am writing this as as a ill bride. Please go elsewhere.
