   I called them 4 weeks ago to arrange repair for timing chain in Toyota Yaris. They said call back in 2 weeks because they are too busy. I called back 2 weeks ago again to make booking. They said they are still busy call back in 2 weeks time again. I call today and they said again to call back in 2 weeks time to arrange repair without giving me any date for repair. Seriously how long does it take to make booking for repair? 10 years ? lol Zero stars

   Disappointing service. Recommended by my usual garage as they were busy, but BEU gave me an 8 week waiting time! I kept in touch during the 8 weeks, and finally confirmed the date. Arrived this morning at 9am to drop the overheating car off, but BEU was locked up despite website saying "open". Phoned a couple of times, left message, but no response or call back. Waited until 9:30, but was spooked by the set up, so left. Total waste of 8 weeks and two trips from Leeds to Bradford in a sick car. After reviews and recommendations was hoping for something better than this.

   Wow, it was fantastic to find old school attitude and values, had to have an eco boost engine rebuilt, I asked Paul to change the clutch while the engine was out and was priced accordingly (fantastic value) car was repaired in exactly the time frame quoted, when it came to paying the mechanic -Paul- (very trustworthy) he said there was no point in changing the clutch as it was still in great condition and gave me some money back! Overall very impressed. I had to travel to use these guys but I’m glad I did. Highly recommended.

   Just had my pinto engine re built here Paul was extremely helpful as the car was used for weddings he put it through quickly what a change drives perfectly. I would recommend him nice guy and a great price, nice to know there are reliable garages that don't rip you off. I would not hesitate using him again ? I have passed his number on to my colleagues in the wedding car market so he must be good
