A new washing machine was bought and installed within 2 days - fantastic delivery and installation by Christian and Martin who explained in great detail the new instructions for operating.    The reviews attracted me and the service was every bit as good as I’d hoped! Not only was my machine fixed quickly and efficiently with the minimum fuss, they identified another niggle we’d been ignoring and fixed that, and even gave advice to my boss who was on a zoom call at the time about her washer!! Very reasonable cost too, delighted and highly recommend!

   Brilliant! Superb repair carried out with the minimum of fuss but with maximum expertise, knowledge and insight. Politeness, patience and professionalism seem at a premium these days but both the engineers and the shop staff demonstrate it in abundance. So refreshing to encounter perfect time-keeping, especially when the repair and the testing wasn't at all rushed. Best surprise of all was the amount charged for all the above. A&S Domestics are now at the top of my list for repair, service and retail. Recommended to all, unreservedly, 100%!

   Light not working on oven. Replaced bulb and light still not working nor was cooker. Spoke to helpful young lady who suggested resetting the clock. Would have never thought of that. Worked but still no light. Luckily I had purchased 2 bulbs. Tried second bulb which worked. Could have easily arranged call out for me but took time to try and sort over phone. Thanks A & S.

   I wouldn’t ever normally leave a bad review but this company have seriously infuriated me. I aren’t from Cleckheaton but my partner is so I organised this company to fix his oven. The date we organised for repair I took the day off work (self employed so don’t get paid ) and drove over to Cleckheaton to be here. After them not arriving for a few hours I thought I’d just check in to be told the part had not arrived. No call before hand to let me know. We rearranged for today and I was told i would be the first job of the day at 9am,so once again I’ve taken another day off and driven over and they haven’t turned up. I’ve called the shop to chase it up and it says they are shut because of covid. No call to let me know so I’m now two days unpaid and wasted time and fuel. Absolutely disgusting !
