Franklyns' have recently reset the stone, reseated it, resized and polished my Dad's ring which I am now proudly wearing. Beautiful ring made in Cyprus in 1968. It looks stunning and fits perfectly. The customer advice and service was exceptional. We will be using Franklyns' services again as our go to Goldsmith.

We called in to buy an 18th birthday present and left with leaving my very sentimental jewellery with them. They created everything perfect. I didn’t know what I wanted and with the expertise they coaxed from me what I wanted and produced just that. Every bit of spare gold and silver used, and my fav pieces of jewellery is now what they made for me. I now wear knowing it’s all individual pieces and the sentiment to it all is still there. My daughter and I went to get welded matching bracelets as our gifts to one another. Booking was quick and easy. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. It was wonderful to watch the magic happen. Wonderful choice of jewellery too. Super experience, I'll look forward to returning with my younger daughter for her birthday.

I am absolutely thrilled with my recent bespoke gold torque bracelet designed and made by Emily . Although I have purchased various pieces of jewellery from Franklyns over a number of years and had family rings resized, cleaned and valued, I wasn’t aware that they offered design bespoke jewellery. Recently one of my favourite gold bracelets broke again and I was advised that another repair was not worth pursuing . As it had great sentimental value I was asked if I had considered having it redesigned : a brilliant idea ! On advice, I gathered together some other pieces of unwanted / broken gold jewellery/rings and Emily then designed and made me a beautiful new gold torque with inset diamonds from family rings. A fabulous and professional service !
Nicky did a magnificent job re sizing my ring and designed the most beautiful ring incorporating all my stones from rings that have a sentimental memory. So talented with an eye for detail. I’m so thrilled.
Wanted a ring re sizing for a wedding. I know this sounds simple but due to the square shape of the ring and the fact that parts of it were cut out it was far from a simple job. We had been told by two previous jewellers that they could not re size it. No so Franklin’s. They have done an amazing job. Couldn’t recommend more. I will be eternally grateful to the jeweller at Franklyns (sorry but I didn’t get your name).
Amazing friendly staff, brilliant customer service. I took in 3 rings of hugely sentimental value and an idea of putting them all together to make one ring. I am so pleased with the end result, I couldn’t be happier and now have so many memories within one ring. Thank you so much.
