   Purchased a ring at one of the other branches at Christmas as Halifax didn't have my size. I lost a stone in it recently, took it back to Halifax Branch & they were amazing young Lady called Helen dealt with it and she kept me updated about progress. When it was ready for collection the other two ladies in the shop were lovely when I collected. Friendly and professional service.

   Went in Friday had a brilliant experience at warren james, my boyfriend purchased me a beautiful engagement ring unfortunately it was too big, the lovely manager and staff was amazing and resized it for me so I could enjoy my engagement party that evening. Thank you to the manager and staff at warren James, you made my day!

   The assistant who served me on the day I bought earrings for my daughter was pleasant friendly and professional. Also although the shop was busy she acknowledged you were there and would get to you as soon as possible. Which was refreshing. Had a productive shopping experience.

   Literally in shock at how rude, obnoxious and unprofessional the staff at the Halifax branch are. The worst customer service i have ever experienced. Please avoid purchasing from here, i attempted to simply exchange a ring i had purchased just days earlier and produced the receipt. The staff including the manager made every lame excuse under the sun and refused to take the item back. Absolute con artists. Will be pursuing a formal complaint with head office.

   If I could it would be 0 stars. The staff at Halifax are the most rude, unprofessional people I've ever had the misfortune of speaking to. The manager is worse than the rest of the staff there. Don't be fooled into thinking you would be entitled to an exchange or refund if you change your mind or are gifted an item you're not happy with. They will make every pathetic excuse under the sun to get out of taking the item back. Appalling.
