Forgot to put the sim card back in the phone after fixing the camera and had to collect it after a few days. Although human errors can happen, the worker in the shop was very reluctant to apologise for his negligence, as if it was not a big deal. Suffice to say, he lacks basic customer service skills and communicative decency.
Waited nearly 45 minutes to change my watch battery which normally takes 5 minutes to do Don't reccomend Do not come
Absolutely amazing service, would highly recommend. Replaced my daughter's Samsung S22 battery in half an hour and offered great advice. Everyone was really friendly and they really saved the day! Thank you so much.
Went in for a screen protector - paid £15 upfront. The young lad put it on for me. The screen protector didn’t fit my phone and the edges were black so it was mega obvious. Asked multiple times if it was ok - told it was, and sent on my way. Won’t be back again
I'm not from the area but had an errand in Halifax. Bobbed in on the off chance of a same-day back glass repair for a fairly unpopular 5 year old phone (clearly asking for the moon on a stick!). They had stock, the job was done in 45 mins and it was a reasonable price! I will make the trip back to them with any future repairs!

I had a protective screen fitted there, after few days I could see white spots under the screen so I went there to ask if this wasn't a defect of the protector but been told that this is not normal and I will get charged I want it refitted. Today my phone dropped on the floor and luckily it was a carpet the protector come off like it wasn't never attached to the screen. Normally I use to go the other store not far from there but they didn't had the protector for my phone. Not slot ofoney but is disappointing about their service

Have always used this phone shop, excellent service! After recently having a new glass screen saver fitted that cracked (my fault) took my phone back and screen saver was replaced free of charge. The young lady who works there is so polite and efficient as are all the staff. Highly recommend this shop!
