   Fantastic and friendly service from Tom, Lee, Ayrton and the topcoat team! As soon as I walked through the door I knew I was in good hands. From helping me out with my claim, to the quality of the repairs & service - they couldn’t have looked after me any better. Car looks brand new and they even took the time to top up my washer fluid. Nice touch. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

   I cannot thank Topcoat Bodyshop in Halifax enough for the outstanding service they provided. My car was damaged in a car park and, unfortunately, the person responsible didn’t leave any details. I was really stressed, but from the moment I contacted Topcoat, they were incredibly supportive and kind. They quoted for the repairs clearly and honestly, never once making me feel pressured. They even let me speak to their legal advisors, which was a huge help during a situation I knew nothing about. Every member of staff I dealt with genuinely empathised with what had happened. I was offered a courtesy car, and when I mentioned feeling nervous about moving my grandchild’s car seat over, they immediately reassured me and said they would take care of everything. Lee and Ayrton, in particular, went above and beyond. The repair work itself is absolutely perfect — my car looks better than ever. They even cleaned the interior, and it looks like new. What really amazed me was what happened afterward: the morning after collecting my car, the battery went flat. I called them, and without hesitation, they came out to help me and got the car started again. Truly exceptional service. Topcoat Bodyshop have been fantastic from start to finish. I would happily recommend them to anyone. Thank you again for everything — you’ve been fantastic!

   I had a slight incident where my car had to go and get some work done at Topcoat, I must say their service was excellent, I was provided with a courtesy car whilst mine was being fixed. I was updated every step of the way and when I got my car back, you wouldn't even think there had been any issues. So thank you Topcoat for an excellent job.

   I want to say a massive thank you to topcoat for their services, I would 1000% recommend to anyone & everyone! I took my car there after someone had reversed into it whilst parked, just looking for some advice/a quote on the damages. From the minute I stepped foot in there I felt at ease, both Lee & Catherine were so welcoming & helpful and advised how best to go forward. That same day I was put in a courtesy car and they got the ball rolling with my car. I am so happy with the results and finish of my car, you would never know that it had been bumped!    I had my rear bumper hit, by my partners family member, and had topcoats body shop quote and rectify it, all the way through the customer support& lads at the shop were A* I was so pleased with the work carried out I then booked in for a machine polish after, and again 10/10 service was provided.    Fantastic company !! We took our car to top coat body shop after someone bumped it and after reading all.of their reviews online , what can I say we were not disappointed. We were met by very helpful people , it is a family run business so their attentiveness and care is outstanding as you are not just a number , Tom and his team did a outstanding job of the bodywork and paintwork, we were worried it would not be matched perfectly and there would be a difference as it has a sparkle in the paintwork . We needed not have worried the paintwork is perfectly matched and pristine we are absolutely over the moon with the finished job . We would Highly recommend Topcoat body shop as they were absolutely brilliant! well done to Tom and your team for outstanding service and work and for going above and beyond

   Enlisted the services of Topcoat after I stupidly ran into the back of someone. Despite being incredibly busy and having a bit of a mishap with replacement bumpers, they managed to not only fix the bumper, but also sort my dodgy slam panel out (which meant I my bonnet was open slightly whenever I was driving) AND MOT the car and fix the light that made it fail the MOT. Lee was so incredibly nice and patient with me and Tom took incredible care of my car. I cannot recommend Topcoat enough, they've done an amazing job with my car and it didn't cost me the Earth (despite such a heavy undertaking of work). Thank you again! I will be sure to book in and recommend them should I ever need any work on the car again!
