Just picked our dogs back from another great stay at Imberpark - always feel totally confident of the care they have with the team. Really friendly service as always. Great to see the dogs trotting off happily to their "suite" when we leave. Thank you !
Fantastic range of good quality dog food and wild bird food. Unable to comment on other ranges. Reasonably priced often with multi buy deals. Staff are lovely, friendly and knowledgeable.
You can't really rate imberpark much higher! An outstanding pet hotel in every aspect- we've just had our little french bulldog mylo stay and the service and quality of care gives so much confidence knowing we can go away with peace of mind that our lad is in the best of hands! Apart from the facilities having just been refurbished, everyone there is so friendly and professional! The check in service was simple and was able to see how this place has been in business for the past 41 years! Special mention to both Neil and Carl who genuinely run this place flawlessly!
Took my Weimaraner Monty in for over night stay. Bit worried hasn’t been in kennels for few year's. But came out looking great. Highly recommend this kennel
Amazing place and staff - Imberpark looked after our French Bulldog for 10 days over New Year 2024 - he loved it! Came home all fresh and looking amazing. Definitely recommend these guys
We booked our 2 year old Frenchie to stay over Christmas. We left a deposit - but trying to speak to anyone by phone to confirm was virtually impossible. Friendly staff but disorganised. They neglected to check his vaccination records. He returned and it was obvious he hadn’t pooed in at least two days. They kept a lot of our dried food so no idea what happened there?
Lovely shop, easy to park, friendly staff. Dog really liked it.
My Dog had a lovely stay in the doggy Hotel. She said she particularly liked the pool area if you can grab a sun lounger before the German Shepherds nick them. Highly Recommended!
