Kate's counselling has helped me better understand what it is that has been holding me back and helped me address how to make positive changes. Kate is genuinely friendly, interested and compassionate. She's great at listening but also excellent at being able to ask the right questions in order to encourage reflection. Previously with another counsellor I'd found they listened well but offered very little input, I've been really pleased that Kate balances the two really well. It's hard to over state the difference a good counsellor can make. Definitely recommend and hope to use again in the future
