   What an amazing jewellers Cravens are ! I had a damaged diamond ring and pendant in white gold that my late father gifted me I wanted to re use diamonds as a keep sake in memory of my father. After a few consultations with Malcolm we came up with two bespoke designs for two separate rings in yellow gold . I collected them today all I can say is WOW ….. I’m over the moon both rings are absolutely stunning definitely exceeded my expectations . I would highly recommend Cravens to anyone who wants any kind of bespoke jewellery making . Thank You Malcolm and your wonderful team for an amazing experience. One happy customer.

   We came across Craven whilst at a wedding fayre in Harrogate - little did we know that the craven shop was only a stones throw from where we live! From meeting them at the fayre, to our initial wedding band selection appointment, to having our bands resized, engagement ring cleaned, and purchasing my wedding day necklace from Craven too, absolutely nothing was too much for this wonderful jewellers!    We had met Craven Jewellers at quite a few different wedding fayres and always found them to be really approachable and knowledgeable about the different things that could be done for our rings. We arranged an appointment to visit their shop in Yeadon and were served by Malcom who welcomed us like old friends. He spoke to us about the sort of thing we wanted – colour/material/shape etc and we got sorted on our first visit! I knew I wanted a shaped wedding ring to fit around my engagement ring, whilst also being a plain band (which isn’t like me!) so that I can keep it on for work. Mark had wanted something a little different so went for a black ring with a thin silver band as decoration. They also cleaned my engagement ring for me and helped to add a bigger diamond too so its now more sparkly! They reached out once the rings were sorted and we went in to check the sizing, with any tweaks as needed made. They even kept hold of the rings for us for approx. a year before the wedding so there was no chance of us losing them! We went in closer to the time to double check the sizing as we had been losing weight to make sure they fit properly ready for the day. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, they couldn’t do enough for us – they even helped Mark with a wedding present for me. Thank you so much Craven Jewellers!

   We went to Craven jewellers for my engagement ring upon a friend’s recommendation and we cannot recommend them highly enough! We had a lovely welcoming from Anne, congratulating us on our engagement and then spent a considerable amount of time with Malcolm discussing all the different designs in detail. Upon selecting a design Malcolm arranged for some diamonds to be on site so we could go back and select a stone, assuring us that they are only sourced from the very best. Selecting an engagement ring is something you only do once and is a very special and exciting time, however, it can also be very daunting. Malcolm spent a substantial amount of time going through all the relevant information about diamonds and really put us at ease, discussing everything in so much detail. No pressure just outstanding customer service. In addition to have a ring where you pick every detail is perfect and it’s made on site - I cannot wait to receive the ring now which I’m sure will be all I’ve ever wanted. Thank you so much. Keep supporting local businesses, you really do get what you pay for!
