   My Boston Frank has just come back from his second stay this year and bless him he cried when he had to leave, he loves it Crossways that much. Frank has stayed at other kennels before and since finding Crossways I can not recommend them enough. The photos they send whilst your away are amazing and you get an little update, which always puts your mind at ease. Its a home from home for Frank

   My dog Bonnie went to stay at crossways kennels for the first time last month. I was nervous about my dog going somewhere where she’s never been before. I didn’t really need to worry, when we went to drop Bonnie off she was greeted very warmly. We were completely put at ease and reassured that Bonnie would enjoy her stay, And how right they were. From the minute she went there, we were updated with photos And informed of progress, of how she was getting on. When it was time for Bonnie to leave, we were touched to receive a handwritten note with details of her first visit on. We were so overwhelmed with the care that you gave her that we decided to book with you for next year. Thank you so much.. You are not really local to us and we have to make that extra journey, but my word, it’s worth it. Again, thank you for putting us at ease. Bonnie looks forward to her next stay with you.

   My overexcitable 2 year old pup had the best holiday he could have had here! Love the way he was treated with lots of attention, walks, fed and even bathed before collecting him again. I was nervous to leave him for the first time but after seeing how welcoming they are and how happy he was I will 100% be using again for future holidays. And got the most amazing photo and video updates of him while we were away which really was the icing on the cake for us and put our minds at ease - nice touch!

   We chose Crossways for our 9 month old pup, Pudding, through a recommendation from Happy Buddies training. We made a great choice and felt very at ease throughout. Pudding has never been away from home before so we were extremely nervous but Crossways sent regular pupdates which made us so happy! We opted for luxury and now Pudding has tasted the luxury Crossways life, he’ll always get it! Pudding will definitely be returning and I’m sure he’ll be so excited to see all the team members there.

   Crossways Kennels have saved the day, well actually the month! My mother has used Crossways for many years and had her dogs booked in to stay for a week over Christmas. Sadly just before Christmas she took quite a nasty tumble and managed to injure herself quite badly, she has just returned home, six weeks after the fall and five weeks after being admitted to a convalescent clinic. Crossways have gone above and beyond not only looking after the dogs and fitting them in for quite a lot longer than they were originally booked for but supporting us as we've navigated this life stage. The team have emailed pictures of the dogs to Mum which has cheered her up no end, during this difficult time. Thank you from our team to the Crossways team :) I would highly recommend Crossways Kennels on many levels.
