My dad bought a gold bracelet from them. First of all, they charged him quite a lot of money, which would’ve been fine if the product was actually worth it. However after just a few months, the bracelet stretched out. When I took it back to them, they said they couldn’t fix it. I was shocked, how can you not fix a gold bracelet that I purchased directly from you? It’s not a plated piece or costume jewelry. It cost us real money. Overall it’s been a terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend or purchase anything from them ever again.
Me and my friend visited the shop earlier today after seeing many gorgeous pieces on TikTok, there was so many gorgeous pieces to choose from we were spoilt for choice! The customer service was 10/10, the loveliest and most helpful people we’ve ever had look after us in a jewellery store (they even sent us home with some gorgeous food to try which was amazing!!) The prices were so fair and affordable compared to other stores we’ve recently visited. We 100% recommend and we will definitely be returning. Thank you so much! X
