   The shop was lovely to visit - so many options and the service was friendly and helpful. I picked out a bracelet as a gift but as it was from two of is, I didn't want to buy until the other person had seen it so I sent a picture and then shopped online The website was easy to navigate and having placed the order I emailed to ask if a noted could be included and the price excluded from the parcel. I had an email back quickly after the order confirming this would be done and it was sent within 24 hours So lovely to have genuine, friendly and personal service - thank you and will be back plenty of times in future for myself as well as for gifts!

   Lovely jewellery shop with some unique but reasonably priced pieces. My daughter and I always find something to buy each time we visit. Had cause to return an item recently and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. Great customer service, would recommend a visit.

   This is a lovely little shop. It has a varied and beautiful collection of jewellery all at very reasonable prices.As I don’t live near by I bought the earrings I wanted as a gift online. There was a problem with the delivery which was not at all the shop”s fault. However the owner went above and beyond to rectify the situation. The customer service was excellent. I will be ordering from them again in the future and from my own experience feel confident in recommending this shop for personal and online shopping
