Picked up a birthday present for my partner today. Lister Horsfalls is such an asset to Halifax. Giving access to quality watches without having to travel too far. I was served by Fabio - always nice to be served by a friendly, well-dressed Italian man wherever you are! Quick service, great advice, - I arrived so close to closing time but I didn't feel rushed at all. I very nearly bought the watch I wanted online, with a significant saving, but being able to see the watch prior to purchasing, alongside great service was a great reminder of why I'll continue to use stores to do my shopping. Thanks for the great service.
My husband bought me an eternity ring in June which we chose together we didn’t get to the store until 4.30pm on a Saturday due to us being at work but not once were we made to feel rushed because closing time was creeping up. We were offered drinks while looking at rings and even when we had chosen after 5pm they continued to make us feel welcome. The ring was too big for me and had to be resized I was worried that it might not look right after being resized as it was being made quite a bit smaller but Junaid was so helpful and reassured me the ring would be fine and it was. We were so happy with the whole experience and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I have been dealing with Danielle at the Halifax branch and I can honestly say she is breath of fresh air. I found Danielle to be friendly and professional, taking a genuine interest in me and my family. She was helpful from the word go, provided great information and kept me updated throughout my purchasing process. I would highly recommend her and Lister Horsfall to anyone looking to purchase a luxury watch or jewellery- I look forward to dealing with them again in the future. A very happy customer!

My wife and I called into the Halifax boutique to collect a watch that I had ordered online, we were greeted by Silas and took a seat. We were dealt with in a very knowledgeable and professional manner by Silas and enjoyed our experience at Lister and Horsfall immensely. We also had a chat with Karl the manager about the availability of a watch I've coveted for sometime and found Karl to be a straight talking and courteous person. So if people are looking for a quality watch check these guys out.
I cannot recommend Lister Horsfall Halifax enough, particularly Danielle. They went over and above to help me select a watch and make a special occasion as amazing as it could be. The communication was excellent from start to finish. I will never buy watches or fine jewellery from anyone else going forward. Highly highly recommend!
I highly recommend Lister Horsfall. My husband to be and myself purchased our wedding rings from the beautiful shop in Halifax. All the staff are friendly, welcoming, very well presented and clearly have so much knowledge and passion for the jewellery. Natalie Quinn assisted us with choosing our stunning rings, as well as re-sizing my engagement ring (purchased from a different company) and getting new claws put round the diamond. Natalie clearly has so much passion and enthusiasm for her role, despite being busy she always makes time for all customers.
Terrific service in replacing a lost stone in my engagement ring. I found the staff extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The job was done within the time frame given. I have absolutely no complaints and will most definitely return.
I first popped in here around 2/3 years ago - I wanted to enquire about a Rolex Submariner ahead of my 30th birthday and as my local AD they seemed best placed to help. I spent some time with Karl who chatted me through things but did make it clear that unless I was an existing customer I would not be getting a watch. He was polite about it and was kind enough to show me some of the models he had in the safe - as someone who loves watches it really was fantastic that he did this and genuinely left a lasting impression. Whilst I understand the difficult situation ADs are in do think that they should be making an active effort to get to know and serve their local customer base regardless of purchase history with them though I appreciate that this will bring some challenges. Since then I have been lucky enough to buy a Sub from a different AD despite having no purchase history which shows that it is not Rolex policy and it is the choice of Lister Horsfall to conduct business in this way. I visited again recently with them being local to me as I am considering adding a black bay 58 to my collection over the coming months. They were happy enough to show me the watch and let me try it on without any pressure - its all you can ask as it gives you the room to help make a decision as I do take my time before choosing to buy them. I did briefly ask about their approach towards Rolex as it’s been a few years but again they stated that they only serve existing customers. A bit if a mixed review - if you want to buy a watch that is not a Rolex you’ll get all the help you need at Lister Horsfall and i’d highly recommend it as the staff are knowledgable and passionate about watches - I will certainly consider it if I buy the BlackBay 58. If you do however want a Rolex and you are not an existing customer of theirs you may be better served away from Lister Horsfall though I would of course recommend that you find out for yourself.
