My two Tonkinese spoilt babies boarded at Longcroft when I had a short break away. Robbie sent me lots of reassuring photos and reports which were appreciated. They stayed in an extra large suite so had space to move around. I would definitely use the cattery again - if only I can find a vacancy in their busy bookings!
Robbie took care of our 2 year old ragdoll Blue for 2 weeks and we couldn’t be more grateful! It was the first time we had left Blue at a cat hotel and we were a little worried, but we were quickly put at ease - Robbie was kind, professional, and super responsive. We also LOVED the regular photo updates and could see that Blue was having a lovely time! Blue was also healthy and happy when he came home. We would highly recommend!!
Our young cat, Casper, had a wonderful stay at Longcroft Norbury with Robbie for 9 nights. We were provided with regular updates about Casper’s feeding and playing, and photos of Casper loving all the attention. It was so reassuring to know he was being so well cared for while we were away. Casper was in a lovely mood when I brought him home so he had clearly had a very relaxing stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Robbie and Longcroft Norbury!
This was the first time we had to send our two quite skittish and attached cats to a cat hotel and Robbie took such great care of them, with the regular updates and pictures showing them to be relaxed and pampered more than we thought possible. Robbie was very reassuring and kind as well. We highly recommend him!
I was incredibly anxious about leaving my Ragdoll boy Teddy for the first time — he’s a very affectionate and sensitive cat — but from the moment I contacted Robbie at Longcroft, my worries began to ease. Robbie was kind, patient, and thorough, taking the time to answer all my (many!) questions before I’d even made a booking. Once I did, he made sure he had all the little details that would help Teddy feel as comfortable and at home as possible. What truly made the experience exceptional were the thoughtful daily updates and photos. Seeing Teddy relaxed, playful, and clearly well cared for while I was away brought me so much peace of mind — I genuinely looked forward to those emails every day. It’s clear that Robbie and the Longcroft team care deeply about every cat in their care, and the level of service and attention to detail is outstanding. I can’t thank them enough for looking after Teddy so wonderfully. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would — without hesitation. Highly, highly recommend.
I am so glad I was able to get a space for my boy at Longcroft. It was the first time I had been away since adopting him and was anxious about leaving him. I need not have worried. I was sent regular pictures and emails with updates on how my boy was getting on and this really help me to have a better holiday and relax. They really looked after him well and he got along famously. He enjoyed really enjoyed himself. I am so grateful to Longcroft for the care he was given and the next time I go away, without a doubt he will be going to Longcroft.

Robbie made our holiday so much more enjoyable by caring so well for our two young cats (who had never stayed away from home before). He took time to understand the nature of our little ones, and was happy to answer my endless questions! The regular updates and photos really put our minds at rest - we could relax in the knowledge that our cats were being so well looked after - in clean and plush surroundings and clearly getting lots of attention. We placed our two beautiful cats with Robbie for a week whilst we were away. We were nervous about leaving them but right from the first communication with Robbie we knew they would be well looked after. We received updates regularly along with pictures which reassured us and when we collected Max and Calina yesterday they were clearly happy and settled. This is the first time that we have come back from holiday without the worry of the cats being stressed - they were so relaxed and happy. They also came home with some treats and a wand which they have been going crazy for! We will not hesitate to use Longcroft in Norbury again - and from me that is high praise! We needed accommodation for our 8 month old kitten, Minty, at quite short notice, for a long weekend. Longcroft Norbury were able to accommodate, and Robbie was so polite and helpful from the start. We were nervous about leaving Minty in the hotel as it was her first time away and she's a little timid, but we really needn't have been. The care and attention even before she arrived, and the daily updates (detailed emails and many pictures!) from Robbie on how she was doing really put us at ease. She looked like she had a great time, and we didn't need to worry about her at all for the whole weekend. She came back relaxed, happy and smelling lovely too (am sure she probably wanted to stay longer). She left with a little goodie bag including a feather wand that's now one of her favourite toys. We wouldn't hesitate to check Minty into Longcroft again the next time we need to, or recommend it to others. Thanks Robbie!
