   This wasn’t our first time leaving our pup here for a few days, and each time she has been so well cared for and comes home relaxed and happy, which says everything. It’s incredibly reassuring to know she’s in kind, attentive, and genuinely caring hands. It’s genuinely the best dog as place around! I loved how patient they were encouraging her to eat (she can be a bit fussy in new surroundings) — that level of attentiveness really stands out. She always seems comfortable and settled at Elmtree, and I will continue to use them without any hesitation for as long as they will have her! You can really tell how much everyone there cares about all the dogs, and we feel very lucky to have found somewhere we trust completely with her.

   Best happiest place for my Diego. He is 8 years old, Alaskan Malamute, I have been using this country club for the past 8 years. The staff are very pleasant and really animal lovers. I am mentally very relaxed during my holidays as i am leaving my Diego in the safest hands. Thank you, and best wishes for your valuable service.

   The best pet hotel ever! Honestly I couldn’t be happier :) My Springers Choco and Honey spent many holidays here and they love it too! The country club is super safe and the doggies get to run in the forest every day. I have already booked 3 more stays for 2025 :)

   My dog was a little reluctant on his first visit but ran towards the van on his second visit. He definitely enjoyed his visits and I received some lovely photos of him happy. Will definitely use their services again in the future and recommend them to other dogs owners.

   These guys are amazing and we felt safe knowing Huck was taken well care of during our trip away. The staff are so friendly, nice and caring. We have used them twice now, and though it’s always hard to leave your pet behind, knowing they are in good hands really make all the difference! They make sure your dog’s individual needs are catered for and the enthusiasm of the staff is lovely. Thank you!

   It was my dog's first time ever staying at a pet boarding facility and I was a little concerned upon dropping him off. However, the staff were very friendly and assuring most especially Angie, Andy and the manager Tom. Initially I was nervous about my dog socialising with the other dogs without my supervision as he is so tiny but Tom was very reassuring in letting me know him and his team were up to the task. He made sure my dog was able to properly socialise and make new friends which made his experience at the facility a lot more wholesome and fun. I am also pleased that communicating with Tom was quick and easy throughout my dog’s stay at the facility. I would definitely recommend.

   Could not say enough nice things about Elmtree and their staff. I have a very anxious rescue dog and I was so worried to leave her behind while we went on vacation abroad. When we first arrived we were greeted by 3 of the most lovey people excited to welcome our baby Grace. They were very patient with her and gained her trust and kisses. While on vacation everyday Sam sent me updates and photos of Grace running around and playing with her new dog friends. She was exceptionally kind and understanding of our missing Grace. When we picked her up we found a happy, excited, well exercised dog. Being a rescue Grace is generally timid of men but she absolutely loved and said goodbye to the young man who helped packed up her room. It is safe to assume he was also very kind, gentle, and patient with her. The staff took exceptional care of our baby girl and I couldn’t thank them enough. Grace had the time of her life! 5 stars. Will definitely be using them again!
