   Gold Tops have no Dr. Mind are renovating their premises. The upside down world we live in. I have been to two referrals with Mind and both times I have been forgotten about. Its fine as long as they do something positive other than taking money and spending it all, making itself seem useful and so importantly helpful.

   Used to be a 5* service but sad to say the staff seem to now have very narrow minded standards regarding what they deem your own personal business & whether it is appropriate for other members to discuss it outside of group - regardless of consequences. Apparently people can discuss your business with whoever they see fit & it's fine by them. Even if you didn't discuss it with them, ever heard of Chinese whispers!

   Unfortunately they haven't helped when help was requested. We had an initial phone call then that was that nothing. I understand your non profit though from what I've witnessed over the years theirs actually no help in this country. Just alot of organisations passing someone from one to another. The police however could get their conviction and the lady got a lovely lift in her career. However the victim is left and unsupported. This country needs to wake up and start actually supporting people, no money needed to actually care!!!
