This company are representing the defendant in a case with me. Their solicitor Louise has sent me a letter that breaks the Solicitors Regulation Authority Principles which are: Principle 1 – Act in a way that upholds the constitutional principle of the rule of law and the proper administration of justice - Principle 2 – Act in a way that upholds public trust and confidence in the solicitors’ profession - Principle 5 – Act with integrity. This solicitor lied about my rights to a Subject Access Request for my data because I was personally recorded using cctv with facial recognition and audio recording. She stated that my face and voice are not my personal data and my SAR should be withdrawn. She also lied about me having authority when her client has written documentation with signatures which is why I was allowed onto a controlled site and to discuss the matters of the claim before it was a claim. I assume this is common practice to act illegally amongst solicitors, its called a "classic aggressive pushback letter". However, aggressive pushback and outright illegal from a trained solicitor are 2 different things.
