   Ladies in here are amazing, I wrote the lady’s names down as I wanted to name them personally however I lost the paper I wrote it on, I can not be more grateful to the women who helped me sort my cheque when I forgot certain documents they was more than helpful and advised me what to do, next day I returned and 10 minutes later everything was sorted and I left very happy with the service I received and will be returning to use h&t again in the future.

   I prefer this branch as the staff turnover was minimal & I chose to deal with familiar trusted staff that are familiar with my personal situation. Sadly my trust was tainted by their previous manager,Raj, from Rugby & it's taken a couple of years to have the confidence to give them my business. The current staff are honest & professional. I hope Head Office understands the importance of customer relations & treat their staff accordingly,with the respect they deserve,in order to keep the good ones instead of constantly training new employees.
