   We have visited the branch twice in the past couple of weeks. The first time when we had an issue trying to make a payment and we were helped getting through the fraud process to reinstate our account again. Sam and a colleague were so helpful and put our minds at rest explaining what they were doing step by step. The second time we needed assistance making a chaps payment and once again Sam was so helpful talking us through the whole process one bit at a time. With so many branches closing these days it is so nice to have that personal touch without the stress of talking to someone in a call centre. Once again thank you so much. Clive and Anne

   I am a bit surprised to be honest. I don't bank with Barclays but wanted my 12 years old daughter to have a decent account. I was faced with a lady who tried to discourage me from doing so by telling that that it would be quicker if I opened my daughter's account at Santander, which is where I bank. I am a bit disheartened by this" pushing new customers away" extremely cold attitude, which can, and has here, came across as very rude. I booked an appointment to transfer my business over, but now this is cancelled - Thanks to Lloyds excellent customer service.

   Awesome service, went to this branch for the first time and within the last 30mins of them closing, couldn't ask for better service, were able to back date statements and get them delivered to my door, what more could one ask for, excellent bank a true asset for the people of Nuneaton and nearby!

   How does Barclays dare to lecture people on the use of pronouns. Condescending wokes. Stick to being bankers, and not another noun that rhymes with bankers. By the way, if I ever need to use Barclays I prefer to be referred to as a lawnmower.
